　　1.Feel free to make a short video on a topic of your choice. The short video should be clear in image, formatted MOV or MP4 with resolution no lower than 1280*720 and free of any watermark. In addition, the short video should be subtitled in either Chinese or English.222保山日报网_www.baoshandaily.cn
